TALVÒ – A BUILDING WITH A HISTORY

Talvo is embedded in one of the oldest manor houses in Engadina Valley from the 17th century. The farmhouse in the picturesque hamlet of Champfèr has withstood centuries of use thanks to careful maintenance and lots of love for the details. Once a school, Talvò has changed its purpose frequently and in the 1980s became the top address for gourmets in St. Moritz. When the building came up for sale in 2011, entrepreneurs Peter Spuhler and Michael Pieper got Martin Dalsass and his family on board as tenants and they have revived Talvò with their high-quality signature dishes and friendly hospitality.
